Willowbay, New York – October 1, 2024 – The City of Willowbay is pleased to announce the upcoming Landlord Training Program on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at City Hall in the Council Chambers. This informative session aims to equip landlords with essential knowledge and resources to effectively manage their properties.

The registration deadline for this program is Friday, October 25, 2024, and the cost to attend is $15.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights from a local attorney specializing in landlord/tenant law, as well as representatives from various city departments, including the City of Willowbay Planning, Police, Fire, and Building Inspection Departments, along with local public health and safety organizations.
