Dear HeyHeyVille Residents,

We'd like to inform you of an upcoming change to our garbage pickup schedule, effective September 1, 2025. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and service, adjustments have been made to accommodate the needs of our growing community.

New Pickup Schedule:

• Monday: East Side
• Tuesday: West Side
• Wednesday: North Side
• Thursday: South Side
• Friday: Central Zone

What You Need to Know:

• Time of Collection: Please ensure all bins are out by 7:00 AM on your allocated day.
• Recycling and Yard Waste: These services will continue to be collected on your regular garbage day.
• Holiday Schedule: If your pickup day falls on a public holiday, collection will occur the following day.

How to Prepare:

• Ensure bins are clearly visible and accessible.
• Avoid overfilling your bins to ensure proper collection.
• Separate recyclables properly to facilitate smooth processing.
